At Luca, we want you to love every piece you purchase.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

• Tags must still be attached.

• Sale items can be exchanged but not refunded.

• Returns are not accepted for damaged items caused by misuse.

How to Request a Return:

Just contact our support team at (your email / WhatsApp) with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds:

• Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

• Refunds are processed to the same payment method used during purchase.
